Corporate Privacy Policy & Data Security

Effective Date: October 29, 2026

Bennett Ventures LLC values your corporate privacy and the proprietary health of your supply chain data. This Privacy Policy outlines exactly how we collect, process, secure, and retain data submitted via our website and digital intake forms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal, high-intent corporate identification fields required to calculate accurate flat-rate freight routing quotes:

  • Company names and corporate entity designations.
  • Logistics personnel contact parameters (Commercial emails, phone lines, job titles).
  • Routing parameters (Pickup and delivery ZIP codes, commodity profiles, pallet counts, cargo weights).

2. How We Utilize Your Data

Your supply chain specifications are processed strictly for operational tracking and fulfillment execution:

  • To calculate and transmit on-demand flat rates or long-term contractual proposals.
  • To communicate dispatch schedules, vehicle arrival ETAs, and digital Proof of Delivery tracking updates.
  • To process tax-compliant corporate billing parameters and invoicing schedules.

3. Absolute Anti-Broker Shield Policy

Bennett Ventures LLC does not operate as a freight broker. We are an asset-backed carrier. We never sell, rent, trade, or distribute your corporate contact data, lane histories, or pricing profiles to third-party shipping brokers, marketing list networks, or external lead brokers. All data remains internal to our protected servers.

4. Data Security & Storage Controls

We deploy industry-standard encryption controls across our content platforms to ensure all data captured via Contact Form 7 is shielded from unauthorized access. Data logs are retained only as long as legally mandated by federal transport record retention laws and California business frameworks.

5. Contacting Our Data Custodian

For any questions regarding this security policy or to request the immediate purging of your contact text fields from our marketing outreach lists, contact us directly at bennettventureslogistics@gmail.com.
